Budget Public Hearing set for Thursday, Feb. 11. Beginning at 5 p.m., comments and recommendations are invited concerning the proposed operating budget for Suffolk Public Schools for fiscal year 2010-2011. The hearing will be held in

Project Lead the Way... A parent information session on the "Project Lead The Way – Pathway to Engineering" program will be held Tuesday, Feb. 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the auditorium at Nansemond River High School. "Project Lead the Way" is a program of five challenging courses in grades 9-12 that use project-based, hands-on experience to teach students the key elements and skills of engineering and technology-based careers by immersing them in rigorous engineering problems. Kindergarten Registration for 2010
Suffolk citizens may register their children for the 2010-2011 kindergarten school year on either March 17 or May 19. Parents are invited to visit the schools between 8 am to 5 pm. For a complete list of documents to bring to the registration link here.
